Went for a tour and the staff was very unknowledgable on the whole layout of the complex. The model didnt have furniture, had dents in the doors,and was basically a dump at best. If that is their model apartment,i hate to see what the real apartments are like. They say there was going to be construction there but im sure they have been saying that since the beginning. The workout room and pool were a joke!!! KEEP AWAY!!!

I'm sorry that you feel that way about the community however, at the time that you visited we had just chosen an apartment to be our model and we are on the way to getting the furniture and the home ready for viewing. I am sorry that the apartment was shown you in that condition. However it is true that there will be construction going on this summer it should commence in August, the community so far has had new roofs, new paint, new exterior lighting, and the parking lots repaved. Please stop by again towards the end of August once the construction is complete so that you can see just how great Meadow Ridge is and will continue to be. Our club house will be beautiful, completely redecorated, all new equipment in the fitness center also making the fitness center accessible 24 hours and adding a wonderful business center. We would love to take you on another personal tour of the community so that you can see it really is a nice place to live.
