Meadow Ridge now called Grand View at Flatiorns is not a grand place to live. I would not recommend it to any one. The managment and maintenance team are not responsible and kind. The apartments are not luxury at all. Parking is some what hard to find on sunday nights, and the walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbers flush their toilets, run their washers and dryers, ect.. It is like you are living together. The swimming pool is small and no hot tub. The rent is high for what you get in managment survice and living space. It's not so grand hear at Grand View.

I am concerned for two reasons. One, if it is so bad, why have you lived there for 6 years? Two, I can't take this seriously because your spelling and grammar don't do this review justice. It does not help that you have not given any specifics, above and beyond normal negatives of apartment living!

I have to agree with the previous user.I have visited this community and I felt that the apartments were nice, a little out of my price range but everything near boulder is. The staff was very friendly and approached me right away. It was one of the only communities in that area that I would choose to live in if I could afford it.

I've recently moved in and hear less noise here than at my previous apartment. Whenever you live in an apartment complex, there will be noise. It's no worse than any other complex. So far, maintenance has done everything I've asked and so have the office staff.
