These apartments are cold in the winters, the heater is needed to be on nearly the whole winter. The management is disorganized and as the tenant you'll end up paying for their mistakes. My first month's rent check was lost and "accidentally thrown away." Our move-in date was pushed back a month due to the management's disorganization. In the end, we talked them into not adjusting the lease, but at the end of our lease they took our deposit and forced us to pay an extra $380 for not giving our 60 day notice. we did, however, give our notice exactly when we were required to. Overall i would ask that everyone stay away from these apartments, the management does not know what is going on and you'll end up paying for it.

So, the apartment was cold in the winter and you had to have the heater on....in the winter??? Seriously, is that a joke?
Comments like those just go to show you can't take all negative comments too seriously; never know who's behind the wheel. I don't even live at this place but I'll just ignore this particular review while I'm deciding.

I don't think the above anonymous poster understands the review correctly. The apartments are very poorly insulated and are thus much colder than other places I've lived, by a VERY SIGNIFICANT MARGIN. My heating bill is three times as much as other apartments with similar square footage.

I think the first person is management trying to cover their tracks. They are very horrible and this place should be avoided
