Not bad, but not cheap

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Look this place is real damm nice for it's location and the staff is always on stuff, the times I've called for minor things they've been right on it. Now I have a studio, it's kinda small but it's got a w/d in the unit, so the price is a bit high, but it's very very nice, and new, this seems a bit corny but really it's good.
