We lived there in 2002 for a year and a half. Everything from start to finish was great. When we went to move in, the carpets were still stained, so they gave us a better apartment and a monthly discount for the inconvenience. The staff was always very helpful and nice(If you are rude to people they are more to inclined to be rude back, sounds like some of you might want to try a different approach). We must have lucked out with the location as well. We never had any noise problems. It was always very quiet. Moving out was just as easy. We did a walk through and received our whole deposit back within the allotted time frame. Nice and affordable apartments are hard to find in the area. If you think their construction is bad, you should look at some other apartments in Boulder County. I agree with the other review, some of you need to find some real problems to complain about. I would move back in a second if I needed an apartment again.
