Horrible experience. Nice concept but bad management and maintainence

Horrible experience. Nice concept but bad management and maintainence. Too many strings attached with the lease terms. It is better to sign the papers for mortgage than lease. In my opinion once the first term lease expires most of them want to get out of there.
