I thought this was a good deal and a great place when I was apartment hunting. The leasing agent fails to tell you any of the fees when you are signing the lease. $10 up front for since the company says they are charged $10 to have the electricity account put back in their name when you move out. $300 deposit if you want to put up a dish. $50 deposit for additional garage door openers since you only get one. BEWARE OF PARKING!!! If your apartment is in a place where there is no offstreet parking except the driveway you will get a $30 ticket from the city of superior. The only onstreet parking is near the clubhouse. Management won't even consider talking with the town of superior to figure out the firelane situation and their are many "fire lanes" without no parking signs. Floors creak, the buildings shift depending on the time of year and closet doors won't shut, the drywall is craking because of the shifting, and you can hear the washing machines in neighboring apartments (if they are actually filled). The "residential services" staff is friendly when you are taking them money but get cranky when you need help or want to talk about something. Once you are in a lease they got ya.

Forget about phone service too. They contracted out phone service to a private company and your only choice is to use them. You also have to use their long distance since they do not allow you to sign up for at&t or any other long distance carrier.
