I moved into a 1-br a couple months ago after doing lots of research of areas apartments on rent.com. I'm very impressed with the excellent condition of the apartment, the maintenance staff response time, and the help the leasing agents gave me after signing the lease and after moving in. I rented it sight unseen except the photos on rent.com and everything was as promised. I had read a couple negative reviews about Horizons here but I think they were written by folks who maybe don't have much renting experience. I expected some letdown finding that weren't as they were described, but I haven't found that to be true at all. The location is very good too compared to some of the other nearby rental communities, and there are miles of paved sidewalks to walk all around the are, including to the very nearby Safeway store. I would highly recommend Horizons.
