Went downhill quickly

We lived here for 3 years while my husband was in residency and saw the community go from an upscale tech-like center (Level 3 nearby) to the "$1.00 move-in special." By the time we left, the pool was sinking into the lake and many of the units looked like they should be condemed as they were unlevel and sinking. Snow was never removed which made the roads icy. Our view was spectacular, which is why we stayed. We finally moved out when they allowed a family of 4 with 2 screaming babies to move into the apartment below us. Heard everything they said. Rent was not credited to our account twice and we only realized it when we got a notice for a late fee. We did pay the rent on time every month. After living there for 3 years, we asked to be let out of our lease due to the tenants below and they wouldn't budge. Nice people, huh' I am writing this because new prospective tenants need to know the truth. You might get a good apartment and you might not. Renter be aware.
