I can understand the frustration of all of the above comments. I have lived here for 6 months, and have come to a few realizations.
1.) You have to understand this complex is HUGE, there are LOTS of units so maintenance/ facilities may be busy.
2.) I prefer that my packages are left in the main office in a locked room. I'll happily wait the supposed 10 minutes (I've picked up several packages... it was in and out). Would you rather have a package left on the front porch, or in a locked office, where they check ID's'
3.) Parking. ANY condo/ apt complex that you look at is going to have limited parking. People don't use their garage for parking cars, they use it for storage.
4.) The apt/ twn houses are not custom built quality. They are built for economy price with an upscale look. Yes they are cheap, but if you wanted marble counters you wouldn't be living here.
5.) The buildings are sinking everywhere in Superior/ Broomfield. ---- happens.
