First the parking is horrible, but most apartments come with a garage so it's not too bad, but if you have guests it won't be easy to find a parking space. The apartments themselves don't look all that great from the inside compared to the feeling you get from the clubhouse. Maintenance can be a pain and stuff will break like in my apartment I've had maitenance come out for disposal, heater, and faucets for both shower and sink. There reponse has been pretty good except for the faucets. After 2 months still nothing about the sink and still waiting after one week for the shower. Some of the staff is really helpful and polite, but some of them down right suck and are just rude people, but that has pretty much been the case at every apartment I've lived in. Get in on one of there deals and its worth it. I pay $800 for a 1 bedroom any more than that wouldn't be worth it to me. Other apartments in the area are just as expensive if not more, but all in all its a pretty good place to live. Seems like a pretty safe area too no car break-ins for me yet and at every other apartment I've lived in I've had my car broken into.
