I recommend Rock Creek as a place to live for a year. Maintenance is fairly helpful, office is okay, pools and hottubs could be better. They have been working on the potholes and gym floor. There is new equipment in the workout area and it seems clean. I feel relatively safe. Nice pond to walk around. We are moving out because we have been here for two years and our rent is about to go way up from when we moved in. They are not willing to negotiate on rent and I wonder if they make a lot of money off of new tenants moving in every year. Pet rent/deposit/non ref. deposit is ridiculuous. Nice area. We have an awesome view.
