This place used to be very nice. In the 3 years we have been here though, it has gone down hill. Rules (i.e., dog-leash laws and breed restrictions) are not enforced so get ready to have a strange dog smell your privates or lick your child's face. I won't even mention the dog poo issue...okay, I just did. Our particular unit has had plumbing problems and our garage door opens and shuts by itself. Maitenance has done absolutely nothing about it. The complex used to have "events" for the residents that were nice, but now they only have them during their survey time so you give a good review to their higher ups. The swimming pools need resurfacing and their have been flooding and settlement problems in a lot of the units here, including the main leasing office. I think the management is under a lot of financial constraints and it is starting to show. I would recommend this place with caution.
