Horizon At Rock Creek

Sorry Place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I am a consultant and therefore move around a lot and the horizons are the worst place that I have ever lived. The staff for residents is not is not friendly, the apartments are over priced, and when you move out it even gets worse. My experience with this company and the apartments only makes me want to tell everyone to stay away, find somewhere else to live. I could say a lot; but, just believe me this place is very bad, misleading on contracts, payments, and just general business practices.
