Too many dogs, bad staff, NOT recommended

I have lived here about 1 year now. Initially, I was very impressed with all this place had to offer. I live in a two bedroom townhome and admit that it is STILL great, but the staff and maintenance crew is enough to make us move.
I agree with the majority of people writing reviews in saying that there are way too many dogs that roam free, not enough pooper scooper service since virtually everyone is irresponsible.
The pool is pretty gross and seems to be rarely cleaned.
The gym is nice, but is always too hot to work out in.
I had to write a letter to the owners (Simpson Housing) in order to get a response from the staff for some outstanding issues. No one here cares about anything and chances are if you call they will prove that point by not answering the phone.
They ripped off a neighbor by losing her deposit and first month's rent check and then blamed her for it. They threatened her with legal and late fees. She was only able to make them pay for the deposit because they had copies of the checks so they obviously had them. She had to pay for the late fee on rent.
This place is not worth living here to me, no wonder why i see so many people moving out...

I agree, there are a lot of dogs here. Depends on who you are, if this is a bad thing. But there are hardly any that roam free. I think the 5 pools are fine. the gym is nice, but I agree the AC is usually out.
