Where do I start' First of all, the rents have NO rhyme or reason. My next door neighbor who has the EXACT same apartment and moved in 3 months before us is paying almost $400 a month less than we are. Secondly, if you like living in a frat house, then this place is for you. It is loaded with college kids from CU that think they are still in a dorm and have no regard for the families that live there. Snow removal...hmmmm....do they really remove the snow' Up till Christmas Day when we got fresh snow, we were the only development in the area that still had ice on the walkways and on the road. And don't even TRY to get them to fix things. 4 days to have a flourescent light in the kitchen replaced. 2 weeks for the garbage disposal. And NOW my microwave went a week ago...I still can't get them to come in and LOOK at it, no less fix or replace it. Considering the rent I am paying here the ONLY thing this apartment has going for it is that we are physically IN it...and it's only 2.5 miles from work. Other than that...I WILL be moving as soon as we find a suitable house

Unfortunately this person has the average experience. This exact thing has happened to me. The horizons is a JOKE! No Service, Maintenance, no exterior lighting, horrible snow removal, and price games every month if not in a lease. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!!!!!!

Agree!! The place sucks in terms of rent. I pay a good 1200$ rent for a two bed apartment and my neighbor pays 800$ for the EXACT same house. Just because he moved in winter and we in summer. we live here because the work area is close by.. but I don't think I will stay back here after I finish my lease.
