I would not recommend Living here in Horizons to anyone. The Rents have no reason. I am paying more for the Exact same house than my neighbor is . That is so unjust.

The pets are never on leash. My daughter was attacked twice by dogs, who ran away from the owner to bark at her.

The staff is slow [ very very slow] to respond to a complaint about things to be fixed in your house.

I can't believe that the apartment complex hires dogs to bark at its residents! The horror!
