We came into this apartment complex with very high hopes, however, all of our hopes were dashed rather quickly after moving in. To start, we have rented a two bedroom townhome type apartment in this community. The townhome itself is falling apart (you may have read some other reviews that discuss the community was built on a landfill), has appliances that are at least a decade old and have multiple structural and other issues. Good luck getting a response from maintenance who will only show up after you have complained multiple times and then will attempt to solve the problem with poor workmanship (dont expect any fixes). The management is even worse as they could care less about their rentors and will even threaten to throw you out of the community if you complain too much. The only way to get anything done is to go above their head to the management company itself (not in Colorado). By the way, those surveys that you may see are not even dropped off until the day before they have to be signed (at least to our apartment). This is a terrible place to rent and I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy.

Which unit did you have? We are looking to rent a townhouse there soon and those reviews are scaring us...
