Go to www.thehorizonsatrockcreek.com and take a look at all their ammenities. Then take a look at a more realistic list of their ammenities:

large sinking cement hole with no water (they will not be opening the largest pool)
dangerously unlevel basketball court (permanent warning signs are posted - how nice!)
overflowing dog poo recepticles that are never maintained (smell reaches to my patio)
sidewalks with cracks bigger than the avg foot size (I have seen many injuries)
giant square toilets at every pool (aka hot tubs they decided not to fill this year)
"the one dried up stale bagel feast w/ an empty coffee pot" (aka Sunday Brunch)
DVD rentals - they're not free and only if you can find someone who works there
Invisible maintenance men! They say they came but nothing is fixed... amazing
Swamp hole w/ sinking black mud - do you really want to fish in that'
Rent is nowhere near posted prices on the website, a 2BD 2BA can be up to $2000/mo

Complaining to management does nothing. They always act like they're better than you... that is if you can actually get them to answer the phone because they don't return voicemail messages.

This list could on and on but I have to go to work so I can continue to pay these luxury prices for this sh**hole that I live in! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

I learned a new one this weekend: sprinklers in the picnic area that have each zone programmed to run for about a half hour in the afternoon. At least you can see and hear a thunderstorm approaching your picnic. And a thunderstorm will drench your food with clean water rather than the "reclaimed wastewater" of the sprinklers.

They told me the basketball court is being replaced sometime in 2008 and the pool for next year. And I used to work at a hotel maintaining hot tubs and trust me you would not go near ANY hot tub if you knew what you were swimming in. piss and cum Mmmmmmm dive in!!!! I agree with the voicemail and what would help out is if there was a directory so when we call we are calling the RIGHT OFFICE. To the dude that had his picnic ruined LMAO. You shoulda found an actual park.
