Now this could be a nice place, under other circumstances. If I was a college student and my parents were paying it would be great. However, if you dislike the idea of a 6-10% increase every year without seeing where the money goes, don't live here. The rent keeps going up and nothing gets maintained. The basketball court has been in serious need of repair for 2 years. The big pool has holes in the side that leak water. The community center has leveling cracks in the walls that have been badly patched. There were treadmills "Temporarily Out of Order" for 8 months.
The staff is all smiles and "let me help you" until you sign a lease then they vanish. No messages returned. And if something breaks in the apartment you have to give them permission to enter whenever, since you can't make appointments. It will also take anywhere between a week to a month, so hope you hot water keeps working. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

WOW you think 6-10% is bad. Have you been watching the news with food, gas, bills, basically anything that can be bought. You will get an increase anywhere you go so you may as well as butter up and get ready cause it aint just there. I lived there a year ago and now live at Summit across the street. YAH! I remember the bb court is bad, but Id rather have that than over here with no amenities and the same rent. Im coming back cause at least there is something to do. Oh and by the way I learned all of Superior is on bad soil so it is not just there its here and everywhere. Go take a walk at the mall and really look.
