Poorly Managed, no parking, but great property

I have lived here for a year and love the unit designs, ammenities, and view. However, if you want any kind of customer service, you have to call corporate and ask for ------------- or ------------ (the regional and property managers). I had to call corporate just to get them to open the gym on time.
Residential services is horrible, they don't care and they are rude. -------------- never returns phone calls. Ryan Thomason is rude and unprofessional. However, I will give kudos to the maintenence staff, they are always friendly and helpful. It's the people issueing the work tickets that lack competence.
There is also a lack of parking available and Simpson Properties refuses to issue assigned outdoor spaces.
