It seems nice, however you quickly realize that although they look new, any older, well build apartment would be more liveable (and far cheaper! this is entirely overpriced). Things break, and the apartment wears horribly due to poor construction.

Superior seems like a nice place to live, but in reality it is mostly show, with no character or substance. Living next to the mall is a plus, but the area is not really designed well to allow for pedestrians, and is more accustomed to drivers anyways, so this does you little good.

The maintenance staff is slow to respond, and unless it is a simple request, they cannot figure it out and you must handle things yourself. The pidgeons are a horrible problem that the staff refuses to do anything about. They woke me up constantly, and made an unsanitary mess of my bedroom balcony. When I moved in, the leasing assistant said maintanence would clean this without a problem, however when requested, I was given the excuse 'must check with supervisor', which of course never occured, despite 3-4 follow-ups before giving up and coming up with my own solution to keep them out.

After 10 months of living, they raised the rent by over $160. They have no desire to keep tenants, only to drain as much money out of people as they can. High turnover seems very common, and this does not seem to bother them one bit.

I know, this apartment complex looks very appealing, but find something else!! You will likely regret your decision, as I did.
