Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
The location is great and that's about it!
Sadly, this place is a first class dump...
Let start with the apartment's themselves.
Worn, not so clean carpet at move in and shotty paint job.
Some blinds were bent and all had dust on them....Filty behind
fridge, stove and washer/dryer units. EWW
What's the deal with the roller coaster like steets and lopsided buildings'
Can you say built on a landfill' Sinking into the ground'
And now the management.......The worst I have ever seen!
Leasing staff....alright, but dont believe a word they tell you!
The Manager/Slumlady......Never in the office! Always at the
"corporate office"...mmmm, right
Maintenance staff......You can save yourself the headache and time and put a
"band-aid" on the problem yourself.....Cuz that's all they will do anyway!
In short....save your money, sanity and time....LEASE ELSEWHERE!
Why is my neighbor paying "half" of what I am' Cause in a desperate attempt
to fill vacanies...they offered a half off rental sale....a few months back
UNFAIR!
