Our place is privately owned and the last tenants were pretty nasty people. They left one room smelling terrible of smoke and some cat urine stains. But apart from that this area is awesome. Its open and close to a bunch of shops with no real noise. Its really safe and i feel very secure here. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
