the hoa woman is a flat out liar and total pain in the ass. English (which is a language not a name) Hopkins is a complete c#nt and if her boat were sinking I would throw rocks in it to speed the process. She will give you orders rather than ask politely and will claim harrassment if you confront or if you AVOID her.
These places are sinking into the ground causing huge cracks in the walls. the heating units are insanely loud, there are more speed bumps and drainage ditches to drive over than you can count and the there is a solid 1 foot drop to get in and out of your driveway. they are poorly designed and the cabinets are peeling, cabinet doors don't open all the way because the impact other cabinets, you can't open the freezer but 8 inches for the same reason. dogs bark constantly there.
