The Portals Apartment complex is disappointing. The reasons I write this are; - frequent visits by law enforcement - extreme noise/music/yelling from other tenants - difficulty in getting landlords attention, specifically, don't return calls promptly in urgent situations, don't attend to maintenance issues without pestering - misleading answers to questions when inspecting the apartment before signing the lease (I.e. that neighbors were quite, and police had never been called) The prompt for me to write this review is that now, bed bugs have been found in the apartment. The landlord is not taking responsibility for treatment. They are slow to respond, do not want to pay ... Full Review

You won't find a cheaper apartment in the Louisville/Boulder area. I moved into a 1 bdrm apartment around Christmas of 2002. The apartment was small, but plenty big enough for just me. I never had any problems with appliances. Al, ... Full Review
