Horizon At Rock Creek 41% Recommended May 11 2008: We came into this apartment complex with very high hopes, however, all of our hopes were dashed rather quickly after moving in. To start, we have rented a two bedroom townhome type apartment in this community. The townhome itself is Horizon At Rock Creek 41% Recommended Apr 18 2008: This is the worst complex I have ever lived in! The management and maintenance are completely incompetent. They dont take care of any issues, never return phone calls, set up maintenance appointments and never show, and just basically dont car Horizon At Rock Creek 41% Recommended Mar 08 2008: If you see a decent review on this website about the Hoizons at Rock Creek, it was written by the property manager or one of her staff members (henchmen). Beware of any review that talks about the great location and Horizon At Rock Creek 41% Recommended Mar 06 2008: The complex was built on a landfill. That's why the roads are so terrible. The building I live in is settling and now all of my windows are crooked and do not close all the way. In fact there is Horizon At Rock Creek 41% Recommended Mar 05 2008: We love the location, the amenities, and the staff at the community center. But for all that we spend on rent (too much) we would expect to not have parked cars block our garage door, management to do something about |
