The actual apartment are nice BUT the people who live here make this place trashy!! The unsupervised children are the worst. We have a child but we dont let her run around and do whatever she wants. Screaming kid going up and down the stairs all day long. I have even seen them pee in the bushes outside one of the buildings. There is a nice park and pool here but we dont like to go much because of the ghetto children with no manners and bad habbits.

2nd thing... during the winter time the maintence was horrible. Our walkway to get to our car (which and elderly lady, and a woman with a fractured foot also used) was completely iced over and snow packed FOR WEEKS AND WEEKS! Finally a few of called and threatend to call the city and they cleaned it up sometime in early March! The managment has had three complete turn overs in less than a year!! They work hours in which no one can get ahold of them.

People in these complexes make it a not so nice experience for everyone else. I wouldnt recomend it to anyone. Unless you too let your children run around like they are homeless.

This is an "affordable" houising development. That means the bonds used to build it restrict the owners from rasing the rents for years. The only way they can increase profits is to ignore residents and the property thus reducing their costs. Government dependent people (mostly HUD types) are never fun to live around and turn these places into ghettos.

I agree with this renter 100% Dirty smelly homes for dirty nasty people.

Geez, what a stereotypical way of describing people. Those who are on HUD need places to live as well as the general populatioon. Maybe you should take a look in the mirror. Before you start giving information about a property, you should get your facts straight. You are so wrong, read up on the LIHTC tax credit program and then post your opinion.
