I have lived in the Buttes Apartments for six years (2001-2007). Anna and her staff are friendly and very attentive. The grounds are well maintained. I have never waited more than a day for maintenance issues. The recent exterior repairs and fresh paint really spiffed the place up. There are always sufficient parking spaces. Walkways and parking are cleared the day after a large snowfall (I could do without all the gravel in the parking lot, though).

The residents tend to be very quiet--about 1/3 seem to be retired folks, and another 1/3 are young couples with little kids. Despite the kids, it is always very quiet in the complex, especially at night. The only complaint I've heard from my neighbors is that some resident got drunk and crashed into a lightpole in the parking lot, but apparently didn't get evicted as a result.

Overall the Buttes is an excellent place to live. I have been in many apartment buildings over the years, and this place is near the top for cleanliness, security and management.
