I read through all the postings and was estatic to look at these apartments and I'll be honest they weren't bad, but way over hyped on this site. The leasing gal was okay but again I was bowled over by her or really felt she went out of her way other than showing an apartments. I expected more and was disappointed, and rented else where that had a better special with the same features. I would recommend that someone call for specials before they look, I didn't think the price was really in line with what everyone else in Loveland is offering.
