I moved a few months ago and from what I have been told by neighbors who have lived here longer then me I guess things weren't so great (lol). But I just wanted to say that I like my apt and the location is great since it's near the lake an downtown. There is a new manager and she's really nice... AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW DA RULZ! (lol) Its quite, laid back and affordible for those of us who work & live in the real world.

I just moved to loveland and was supposed to move in to these apartments, got the key to look around. after we move 800 miles to get here and the manager over the phone told me that the apartment was ready to move in. it was not when we looked around the apartment the toilet had no flusher, there was a drawer off the kitchen cabinet, the bathroom cabinet would not stay shut, there was a hole in one of the bedroom walls, cable outlet was hanging off the wall, screen on front door was out, stains on carpet, and trash on the floor
