Overall, a nice place if you're not cramped for space.

I really enjoyed living in these apartments. There is a swimming pool, off-street parking, a resident manager, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The elementary school in the area is one of the best rated in the city. I would still be living there today if they had three bedroom apartments, because they are a bit small for a four person family.

Obviously it went to hell after Henderson took over as the manager in 2007.
