I have been living here for almost a year. The previous manager was very unprofessional and I thought there would be an improvement with the new manager. Not so. The new manager (a 19 year old girl) comes and goes as she pleases leaving the doors locked to the main building where we get our mail. The letter carrier could not deliver the mail today because of this. At other times, I have gone into the office only to find her father sitting at the desk with no shirt on and smoking. The maintenance men are constantly using foul language and smoking just outside our window. It is next to impossible to get a repair done and there are plenty to be done on these 40 years old units. The plusses for this complex are the cheap rent, low utilities, and the location which is directly across from Benson Sculpture Garden. Other than that there are no amenities (the "Clubhouse" is a joke) and police are seen investigating a complaint just about every other day.
