My apartment at Peakview is a two bed two bath unit.

During the winter it was very cold in my room (the master bedroom). We told the staff about it and they said to close some vents, we took their advice but it didn't really matter. We could not turn the heat up because the other bedroom would overheat.

I had to leave my bedroom door open all night long to keep heat in the room, as the vent to the bedroom is pretty much worthless for heat. I also got a space heater and when I turned it on it would register the temperature in my room below 65 degrees.

Overall the apartment is nice (looking), but the parking is horrible and LP Broadband (the only ISP available) has alot of issues getting their equipment to work with the way Peakview is set up. The internet goes down on average once every 2 months and a service guy will have to come out and fix something. If someone else in your building has a virus or something it can destroy the connection for the whole building, this happened once for me. LP Broadband is a very nice company though, they try to fix things as fast as possible. The trouble is the way the Peakview apartments are set up. My room has a plug for the internet, but it doesn't even work, so we've had to run a cord from the other bedroom acrost the living room to get a connection to the master bedroom.

As well, the dryer in my apartment doesn't work very well at all (you have to dry every load twice). aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I totally agree with you. In fact I have the same problem with my dryer and I thought that it was just me! I also agree with you on the issues around the vents. They suck and do a horrible job at heating the apartments. My biggest problem here though, is management... Amanda. She has been horrible to me along with every resident I have spoken with. She is extremely rude and just plain mean to her customers, or tenants. It is sad because these are nice apartments but since the property manager Amanda is not a respectable person, it ruins everything for me at least!
