The apts are actually quite nice and a good price/location. However, upon moving out we could not attend the "walk-out." They took advantage of the opportunity to stick it to us and cited us for numerous cleanings/maintenance charges, etc. that were completely bogus. We had cleaned the place spotless and had fortunately took pictures of it before we left. After submitting the pictures to the management, they dropped some charges but continued to charge us for what they claimed we could not prove (despite the fact that they had been busted with our pictures).

Another issue with the place is they charge you a satellite fee for a few channels and if you want more channels you still have to pay their fee as well as the standard rate for DISH. Rip off!

Yes this place is a rip off. And I must agree that the people in the office are not real nice. Especially Amanda who is a total ----- to everyong!!!

The management sucks, Amanda was a ----- to everyone for years and it got her a promotion with in Omni. They don't take care of the property, everything is contracted out to the cheapest bid and it shows. No snow removal or plowing in winter, careless meth heads cutting grass in the summer and the biggest is the way they screw you for anything they can when you move out. Renters beware of this complex!!!!
