When I first moved in, I only dealt with Pam in the office. She was always very nice and pleasant to work with and would always get things done. However, since she has left and Melissa also, things have gone to hell. Amanda is horrible to me and I am sure she is just as bad with all the other residents here. To me, the apartment manager should care about the happiness of the residents, rather she just ------- me out and tells me it is my problem, not hers and to deal with it. Now, the only one who is able to help keep things cool is Jerry. I always see him out working either on the grounds or driving to an apartment. Nancy is also really nice. Between those two, I feel that they do all that they possibly can for us with the limited tools in which they were given. I can not comprehend though how Amanda still has her job, the way that she treats people.
