We looked at this place just a few days before we moved in. They quoted us a certain price which seemed reasonable so we decided it was the place we wanted to live at. That weekend we moved everything up from Colorado Springs and when we got here to sign our lease magically the price went up! I told them it is not fair to charge more than what they quoted us, even when they wrote the prices on a sheet of paper and I could prove the price they say it would be; they still would not fix their mistake. We decided to go ahead and move in here since we had no other place to move and a trailer full of all our stuff from another town. Upon moving in they never came and fixed things they said they would do when we did the walk through. We have not received our $100 off coupon that we got from an apartment magazine. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor coughing every night when I got to bed. Overall the apartment building is pretty nice, but I would have to agree with everyone else. The management is horrible. They do nothing but lie to you and I cannot believe the way they treat people. Every time I go into the main office there is a resident yelling at one of the staff members! I too have lived in quite a few apartment complexes, and to me, this place has been the worst. Do not live here!
