I HAVE LIVED AT PEAKVIEW SINCE NOVEMBER AND LET ME TELL YOU... THEY HAVE AN OFFICE FULL OF IDIOTS!! I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THESE PEOPLE CAN GO TO SLEEP AT NIGHT DOING WHAT THEY DO TO PEOPLE. I CUT MY LEASE SHORT BECAUSE IT IS LIKE LIVING IN HELL. BEWARE THOUGH...OMNI CANT DO ANYTHING FOR YA...TOM SHEPARD...EVIL MAN, PAWNS HIS JOB OFF TO THE MANAGER AT PEAKVIEW WHO, I MUST SAY...I WOULD COMPARE TO A CIRCUS MONKEY, BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO BUISNESS ETHIC. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING AT PEAKVIEW, DONT EXPECT ANYTHING TO BE DONE ABOUT IT. ALL I CAN SAY IS KARMA IS A B!!!. THEY HAVE GONE DOWNHILL AND I DOUBT THEY WILL RECOVER...MAYBE IF THEY FIRE THE SNOBY PEOPLE AT THE OFFICE AND GET A NEW PROPERTY MANEMENT COMPANY..DONT MOVE HERE...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I couldn't agree more. I had an eronious late fee added to my bill in July, and it kept showing up until September. If your'e looking for an apartment they will bend over backwards to help you move in here. Once you sign the lease though, you're on your own. They don't return phone calls of current residents, and they don't take care of issues of current residents. You want to know why there are so many open apartments here right now? This is the reason. Lack of customer service to current residents.

They are very Right on the Money the Staff in the Office are very bad and they need new staff, if they want to be a good place to live for people but for now with the way things are it is Hell on earth believe it...
