And if they can not nickel and dime you.. They find a way to Rip you off by charging you for things you do not get or have. And Shannon Allred is a nasty Fat Woman and looks like White Trash and acks like it. She makes it bad to live here She is very mean and nasty. I want to live in a place were I feel at home. She forgets we pay Her Bills, She should be nice not a Nasty Mean -----. Who whats to live in a place like that. When you move in they are so nice and when you get in here they turn on you. I hate living here can not wait to move far away if I would have know things were like this, I would never move in. If you want to move here you better think about it you will be unhappy they all turn on you after you move in. and jack up the rent on you so you have to move. Bad CO. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

I TOTALLY agree! I had the same problem...when I was moving in I couldn't wait seemed like the greatest place and now I can't wait to get out!! They change completely once you move in if you need anything forget.

I have lived at this community for three years and have worked with both Shannon and Amanda the Managers and they have always been professional and nice. I think since you have chosen to personally attack someone for doing their job that it would lead anyone to believe that you are trying to get something you are not entitled to or did something wrong. If you don't like your lease you shouldn't have signed it LOSER!!!!

I completly agree. And for the person that just called you a loser prove our point even more that the STAFF is very out of line! I am sure I know who wrote this she is SUCH a nice lady!

OMG you are so right. i hate this place and as soon as my lease is up we are out. i wish i knew what i was getting into before i moved in. they play all sweet and nice then turn on you in a heart beat. our neigbors warned us but we thought ok they just dont like them but now we know why
