I have been living at Peakview for a year now and the staff has constantly changed. If you work a normal job good luck getting ahold of the staff because they never answer the phone. It goes directly to voicemail always, and then when you leave a message it takes at least a week for them to return your phone call. We put in a request for maintenance in our bathroom and it took two weeks to the day for them to arrive. Also they do nickel and dime you. After all of this though, IT IS WHAT IT IS. That's apartment life. I enjoy the community but the staff is a problem. The buildings themselves are quite nice.
