This place looks great on the outside but the management ruined my experience. The worst offense was when then charged me $50 for not moving my car for the street sweeper that came through. The only notification had been a month earlier in the newsletter. When I called the office to complain and said, what about people who don't read your stupid newsletters, Shannon basically told me to screw myself. I can see why she's unhappy with her miserable life, but does she really have to take it out on others'

The area is nice, the appliances worked well, but when I moved in there was dirt in my tub! I had asked them about that during my tour and they told me they would take care of it but of course they did not. Oh and I hope you like waking up super early on weekends because that is the only time they decide to mow the grass right outside your windows. They also screwed up our move-out paperwork. I had made a special trip up from Denver only to be told I couldn't do a walkthrough during the time I had scheduled! A professional staff would have called me to reschedule, but that is not what you get at Peakview.
