The manager is awful and wants to make sure she keeps her younger staff there and gets rid of the more experienced and reliable. Several times I witnessed rude and unprofessional behavior to residents and that was a typical day. Ignoring the phones for days on end and posting late notices after a cable bill had just arrived instead of the decency to call and ask if we could come in and pay, instead making the resident look like they hadn't paid rent. Uncaring and rude! If you do not need any human interraction or compassion then this is the place for you, otherwise no matter what the deal is they are offering that day it is not worth it! Carpets aren't cleaned, so stains come up after move in and you have to rebuttle the charges later to no avail. Messages left several times with no answer back because the manager is in a meeting or at her other property. Look at TBone ratings in Greely. What a waste of a good property.

That is so true! I have seen a couple of people that were actually qualified to do the job working here. Both of them are long gone and have been replaced with dumb little girls who aren't qualified to flip burgers.
