I currently live at peakview. We have had problems since the day we moved in. Our apartment wasn't cleaned. It had dried toothpaste and fingernail clippings in the bathrooms. Tubs weren't clean, kitchen counters were awful. Spots came up on the carpet after we moved in. Management is rude and doesn't get anything done. After we signed the lease we were informed we had to pay water and $15 cable bill for dish even if we wanted comcast. Comcast won't come here anyway! Someone has keyed my blazer and stole my license plates. We lost our garage key and it took them a mth to get us a new one. I called the coporate office 3 times before anything has gotten done. We have only been here 10 mths and I can't wait till my lease is up.

I feel your pain. This place is the worst I ever lived at in my 8 years of living in apartments in Northern Colorado.

I'm starting to find that the people in the office are terrible at customer service and should all be replaced with ADULTS.
