I've lived a Peakview since October of 2007, and I love it here! Sure there's little problems here and there but you have that anywhere you live! It's apartment living! They have gone through alot of changes in the past couple of months, which have been nerve racking for some ... but it hasent affected the current resident at all. The office staff have changed a few times but either way they are all nice. The Manager is great. She does her job and that's all that matters. Maintenance is on top of things like they are supposeto be. I have to say that they may have been off track for a month or so, but this property has made an amazing recovery. Thay have amazing staff.
There is a housekeeper that lives on site. I'm assuming her job is to watch other the property after hours. I've had some issues with kids in the pool causing trouble and I mentioned to her and she took care of it in a timely manner.
I feel VERY safe here, I have 2 children. One of whom I can let go outside and play and not have to worry about him every second. We feel very comfortable and safe her.
I'm sorry that other people have had bad experiances ... but I love it here! I dont plan on moving until I'm able to but a house.
The parking in limited but, more often than not it works out great! It's very quiet here! During the day you hear kids playing and birds chirping. Noise from neighboring apartments in NEVER an issue! I notice maintenance out picking up trash everyday. In my building we all kind of pick up as we walk along. I had put in a maintenance request and it was fixed within the hour!
