This place is a nightmare! When we were looking to rent the staff was very nice and it seemed like a great place, but as soon as we moved in the problems started. They had siad several thing were included in the rent but we actually had to pay for, they made it seem like a great place to live but afterwards we found out otherwise. The managment and office staff are very very difficult to deal with, they are so rude, and know nothing about customer service. We have tried are best to be patient and understanding but issues month after month have gotten ridiculous! They are always trying to charge extra fees each month for whatever they feel like. This is the worst renting experience I have ever had! The apartments are pretty nice butvery cheaply constucted, you can hear ever word the niebor says, they are very poorly insulated, and the tile in the kitchen and floor and coming up. This place looks nice but its not worth the hassle from the staff to live here!
