Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Poor attitude by maintenance staff; poor maintenance of apartments; Office staff was friendly and helpful at times and rude at other times.
Apartment was old and poorly kept.

Had some serious problems with plumbing and pest control.

You get what you paid for - worth paying extra $50/month to live in a nicer apartment somewhere else!
