I have lived here for about six months and find this to be one of the nicest places I have lived. I feel safer here than other complexes I have lived in my life. The staff is always courteous, the maintenance guys are quick to respond to the minor problems I have had. The only complaint I have had is with the new system of figuring out the water/sewage bill- They base it on the amount of tenants in the whole complex, then some kind of ratio between square footage and tenants per apartment' My utility bill almost doubled in the past few months even though I have been careful to use less! But, if you can handle a slightly higher water bill, this is definately a great place to live!
