Staff : Very helpful, although, I agree with a previous poster that there is one person that can be at times rude. I think it is more of a personality thing though and not intentional.

View: Personally, our apartment has an amazing view, but there are definitely people that probably don't have a great view.

Parking: Each apartment has 1 assigned parking spot near apartment enterence, and then there is additional parking pretty much 10-15 feet away from the reserved.

Pool and Spa: The pool is very well maintained, so is the spa. My only complaint about the this area is that sometimes there are a lot of kids down there, that are not well supervised. I have witnessed young teens putting the plastic furniture in the pool and just doing other disrespectful things. The pool hours are from 9-9, same with spa. Spa is open all year long. The pool is open from memorial day to when ever it starts getting too cold.

Maintenance: We had a issue (it was very very minor) and it was fixed with in a day or two of making the report. They clean the breezeways often. The maintenance people are very very nice and helpful, and I have not worried once about them being in my apartment, whether I was there or not. They also have scheduled maintenance, where they change the air filters and check the fire alarms and pipes. When that happens they put a note on your door letting you know when it is. *Also the outside of the buildings were all just painted a couple of months ago and look nice*

Neighbors: In my building I love my neighbors. I never have had any sound issues except from my neighbor below who is pretty much just a four letter word for a not very nice male... He likes to play his guitar really loud. I haven't made any complaints to staff, I actually think it would just make it worse since like I said hes not very nice. Everyone else is really friendly though, our neighbors across the hall are amazing. They are extremely friendly (ya know the type of people you could go to two borrow a cup of sugar if you needed)

Location: I love its location. Only a couple of minutes drive from the following: King Soopers, a variety of banks, Safeway, Walmart, Walgreens (you could walk to it if you wanted), Goodwill, gas stations, a variety of food places and a Starbucks :). It is also probably a 10 minute or less drive from the Columbine Public Library and Southwest Plaza Mall.

Other Features: There is a laundry room ($1 to wash & $1 to dry). There is a soda machine in the laundry room. Laundry hours are 9-9. Apartments have washer/dryer hook ups. Also, they offer storage areas for an additional cost to your rent.
