I have a family of two children and a wife who is a homemaker. Day in and day out we hear rap music, tv's, dogs barking and people having sex at all hours. The place was built in 1998 and looks like it is fifteen years old. The apartments are not well maintained and rent is so cheap so they can get the place filled in spite of its short comings. Having lived here for three months, I don't care what the lease termination cost is. It is driving me nuts. Energy bills are higher because the windows don't latch shut and the doors leak. I can feel a cold draft constantly in the winter, even when my wife turns up the heat to 75 degrees and turns on the gas fireplace.
