I have lived in apartments for the same price that were much better. Poor insulation, windows leak, lousy parking, noise, no winter clean up, to be safe you have to shovel your own sidewalks & the parking lot is a nightmare. Poor maintenance, slow on repairs. In a very high traffic area, which adds to the noise. I couldn't wait to leave !!
